- If the IOS is low on disk space there is a log file in c:\logs\Traces.svclog which can grow to multiple GB this can be deleted.
- Users will need to be logged out of CSI
- Shut down SQL Live and UTL Live
- On the IOS server go to task manager and details tab.
- End task on all the w3wp.exe processes.
- Then go to the c:\logs\Traces.svclog and delete the log.
- Restart the IOS server.
- Check all servers are back up and running
- Check you are able to log into the Syteline web client
