IOS Server running out of disk space

  • If the IOS is low on disk space there is a log file in c:\logs\Traces.svclog which can grow to multiple GB this can be deleted.
  • Users will need to be logged out of CSI 
  • Shut down SQL Live and UTL Live 
  • On the IOS server go to task manager and details tab.
  • End task on all the w3wp.exe processes.
  • Then go to the  c:\logs\Traces.svclog and delete the log.
  • Restart the IOS server.
  • Check all servers are back up and running
  • Check you are able to log into the Syteline web client
