Points to check if Syteline/CSI is inaccessible via the web app by all users
- Check whether you can access Syteline via the smart app. If yes this would suggest that the Utility server and SQL server are communicating correctly.
- Try and ping the ADFS server EUR-NGD-FS-01, IP - 172.18.10.24, If this is inaccessible this would suggest that this is where the issue lies.
- Contact Meridian service desk.
- If you are unable to access the Syteline Web app log-in page this may suggest an issue with DUO (multi factor auth)
