- Go to the user’s Microsoft account and add the license Microsoft Teams Phone Standard
- In the Go To Admin Center (GoTo Admin), find or create the User profile and under the Products tab, activate the GoTo Connect Teams license.
- In the phone system area, create and assign the user an extension.
- Find a free phone number and assign the created extension to it.
- In the application menu in the top right of the browser window, click Integrations.
- Scroll down the navigation sidebar until you find GoTo Teams Connector and click it.
- Check section 5 to see if the correct changes are stated. Click start to sync and allow to finish.
- Open the GoTo Team Admin Center (Europlacer - GoTo Teams Connector - Admin Portal) and under the Users tab, click sync now.
- It may take a couple of rounds of syncing to get it right.
- The user must then log out of their Teams client and back in. Check if the dial pad is present in the Calls section.
