If all hardware connections have been checked and the camera is functioning as normal, but not connecting to the Teams console for meetings:
- Exit any ongoing meeting.
- Open the settings menu. You will need to authenticate using the domain administrator password.
- Go to the peripherals tab.
- There are two camera drop-down menus. If the camera (CAM520) is selected in the Content Camera menu, change the drop-down to None. This will make the camera available in the Default Video Camera drop-down.
- Select the camera (CAM520) in the Default Video Camera drop-down.
- Save and Exit
-Start a meeting to check the camera has connected properly - you may need to turn the video feed on in the console.
