MFA not able to use anything except the Auth App

If users cannot access any other options other than the Authenticator App regarding MFA, then do the following:


*    Add User to group 'MFA Authentication - Non APP' in M365 Admin Center, Active Teams & Groupa

*    Follow this link which takes you to the MFA Page: Authentication methods - Microsoft Azure 

*    Click on - User Registration details (Left panel)

*    Click on - MFA Status (Manage MFA Authentication Methods)

*    Click on - Require re-register Multifactor Authentication


User should now be able to re-register using SMS, or phone call.
