- Each individual user needs to configure Multi-Factor Authentication for their account.
- After the user is authenticated with CRM login, below MFA screen will appear.
- Click ‘Setup Multifactor Authentication’
- Give preferred name in Name text box.
- Select Authentication Method: Authenticator Application.
- Open Microsoft Authenticator on your phone
- Click the + and add account
- Choose ‘Other’
- Scan QR code and configure your authenticator application in mobile device.
- Go to CRM login page and provide credentials and MFA to sign into application.
