Infor CRM MFA Setup

  1. Each individual user needs to configure Multi-Factor Authentication for their account.
  2. After the user is authenticated with CRM login, below MFA screen will appear. 
  3. Click ‘Setup Multifactor Authentication’

 

    1. Give preferred name in Name text box. 
    2. Select Authentication Method: Authenticator Application.

    1. Open Microsoft Authenticator on your phone
    2. Click the + and add account
    3. Choose ‘Other’
    4. Scan QR code and configure your authenticator application in mobile device.

 

    1. Go to CRM login page and provide credentials and MFA to sign into application.
