Purchasing Dept Users

New users who create purchase orders will need to have the following PersonID set up so the buyers name and contact email address are displayed. 

The Purchase Order report picks up the Buyer name from the Purchase Order header form and the email address is setup as below on the users form related to the PersonID field.


Theses details will then be displayed on the Purchase Order Report shown below.
