If you are allowing a new agent access
In Halo, go to their Agent profile and in the Details tab, in the Roles field, add the value Asset Config Editors
If an agent in the Asset Config Editors group cannot see a field in the list
You must log in as a Halo Administrator to fix this issue.
Go to Configuration > Asset Management > Asset Fields and find the relevant field.
In the Asset Field page, click the button at the top Access Control
Click Add and then specify Role as Asset Config Editors with Read and Modify permission.
Click Save at the bottom of the pop up, and then save again at the top of the Asset Field Page.
The field will now be visible for the agent.
