- Activate admin role.
- Go to Microsoft 365 Defender.
- Open Email & collaboration > Policies & rules > Threat policies.
- Open Anti-span Policies > Anti-spam inbound policy (Default).
- Scroll to the bottom of the panel and click Edit in the Allowed and Blocked Senders and Domains.
- Add either the email address or email domain you want blocked to the relevant Blocked list.
- Save the change.
