Whitelist Email Address or Domain

  • Activate admin role. 
  • Go to Microsoft 365 Defender.
  • Open Email & collaboration > Policies & rules > Threat policies.
  • Open Anti-span Policies > Anti-spam inbound policy (Default).
  • Scroll to the bottom of the panel and click Edit in the Allowed and Blocked Senders and Domains.
  • Add either the email address or email domain you want blocked to the relevant Blocked list.
  • Save the change.
